This grade contains pieces with different color schemes and grains. Healthy knots up to 8 mm as well as unhealthy ones up to 2 mm are also permissible. Sapwood is excluded in this class.

A lively grading with medium color and structural differences.
This grading includes healthy knots, occasionally small black-knots and sapwood, which gives the wooden floor a pleasant liveliness.

A very lively grading with strong color and structure differences.
In this sorting occur big healthy knots, black knots, filled cracks and occasionally sapwood which gives a wood floor in this sorting a very vital warmth.

The surface gets treated with special brushes so the soft annual rings are brushed out.
Saw marks
By treating the surface with a special saw intentionally saw-marks are made during the production.

By treating the surface with special scraper, wavy notches are made lengthwise.

In the Herringbone-Bond, the parquet pieces are arranged at right angles to each other creating a herringbone pattern.

In the Diagonal Herringbone-Bond, the parquet pieces are arranged diagonally in the room at right angles to each other creating a herringbone pattern.
